The respective Registration Fees are as follows: Registration fees: Registration type Early, until June 1, 2026 Regular, June 2 to July 17, 2026 Late, After July 17, 2026 Participant 500 € 550 € 650 € Student* 300 € 350 € 450 € Accompanying person 250 € 250 € 280 € *PhD students, MSc students and undergraduate students applying for the reduced student fee should supply a copy of the credential confirming their student status The regular and student fee will cover admission to both oral and poster sessions, welcome cocktail, refreshments (coffee breaks, poster sessions), four lunches, closing banquet, cultural event, meeting rooms, audio, poster panels and all other organizing costs, including book of abstracts. The accompanying person fee will cover welcome cocktail, four lunches, closing banquet and cultural event. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation received till June 15, 2026 – full refund, 10 % handling fee will be deducted after June 15, 2026 - 50 % refund, 10 % handling fee will be deducted after July 17, 2026 - no refund Refunds will be made after the completion of the conference. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee’s nominated account, and all bank charges will be for the registrant’s account. If the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to situation(s) beyond the control of the conference organizers, the participant´s contribution will be 100% refunded.
